Tripti A. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Project Manager role at Ontario Power Generation in 2006. Tripti then moved to Sapient in 2007 as a Business Strategy Consultant. In 2009, they joined Covalent Marketing as a Strategy Consultant. In 2011, they became Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing at Customer Centria. In 2013, they founded Exibit.in, an online exhibition for local Indian designers. Also in 2013, they joined Comet Global Consulting as Practice Director of Integrated Marketing. In 2017, they became Head of Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations at Rizort. In 2018, they Co-Founded 400 THINGS and served as Co-Founder and COO. Finally, in 2019, they Co-Founded DIY.org - The Social Learning App For Kids and served as Co-Founder and COO. In 2022, they became Chief Culture and Business Officer on Demand, helping startups founders build the right foundation for their business.

Tripti A. completed an Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2017. Tripti also holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
