KYUNU makes Chuka Soba the way it was meant to be made — by a chef who actually cares about the noodle.

Raw, egg-enriched, air-dried for the bouncy bite instant can only dream of. We started with ramen because ramen is where convenience and craft have been at war the longest. Instant got the habit right. We got the noodle right — chef-formulated, built for real broth and real bowls, with the protein and texture to back it up.

This is comfort food for people who grew up eating noodles and never stopped thinking about them. Who know the difference between bouncy and mushy. Who want to cook something that tastes like it came from somewhere.

Looks instant. Cooks like tradition.
