Using my qualifications, experience, and knowledge I:

⭐️	Design and deliver bespoke learning & development initiatives for classroom and virtual audiences.

⭐️	Support the creation and implementation of organisational cultures.

⭐️	Create and deliver accredited, impactful leadership development programmes.

⭐️	Apply coaching and psychometric tools to support personal growth and develop self-awareness.

⭐️	Create, observe, and assess on development and assessment centres.

⭐️	Design people frameworks to achieve optimal organisation performance.

⭐️	Help teams and individuals recognise how dynamic they are through Insights Discovery.

My secret weapon is my ability to work across learning & development and organisational development. Linking these two areas together with systemic and holistic approaches, ensuring people and strategic alignment whilst setting the path for long lasting change.
