Ryan Phillips is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and investor relations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investor Relations at L Catterton since September 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of the East Region for Strategy & Relationship Management at Ares Management from September 2015 to June 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Capital Introduction at BNP Paribas, Vice President of Investment Research at both Nexar Capital and Ermitage Group, and Assistant Vice President of Investment Research at Tremont Capital Management. Ryan began a career in finance as a Summer Intern with Merrill Lynch. Academically, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College and participated in a study abroad program at Macquarie University.
