Chris Randall

Chris Randall is the Managing Director & Partner, Boston at L.E.K. Consulting. Chris has over 15 years of management consulting experience, advising companies across a range of industries on growth strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence and organizational design.

Chris started their career at The Gillette Company where they served as an Analyst on the Demand Planning Development Team. In this role, they supported the demand planning function for North America with analytics and reporting to improve forecast accuracy. Chris also served as a liaison with IT to define business requirements and technical specifications within the demand planning system.

In 2005, Chris joined L.E.K. Consulting as an Associate. Chris supported project teams by leading primary and secondary research efforts, developing financial models, and creating executive-level summary presentations of findings. Chris was promoted to Managing Director & Partner, Boston in 2006. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Boston office and growing the practice in the Northeast region.

Chris Randall has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Chris also has an Executive Education Program from Kellogg Executive Education.
