Helen Chen

Helen Chen is the Managing Partner of L.E.K. Consulting's Greater China division. Helen has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Ms. Chen was a Senior Strategy Manager at Mitchell Madison Group, a global management consulting firm. Helen also worked as an Associate Director of Finance at Genentech, a leading biotechnology company, and as a Senior Sales Analyst at Abbott Laboratories.

Ms. Chen began their career as a consultant at Pizzano & Company, where they advised clients on a wide range of issues including mergers & acquisitions, market entry strategies, and organizational redesign.

Ms. Chen holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Helen Chen graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics. Helen then attended Brooklyn Technical High School for MSI training.

They work with Takayuki Kito - Partner, Tokyo, Jean-Guillaume Bayada - Partner, Paris, and Sean Dyson - Partner, London. Helen Chen reports to Stuart Jackson, Global Managing Partner.
