Jonathan Hillcoat

Jonathan Hillcoat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, project management, and engineering within the defense sector. Currently a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting since September 2014, Jonathan has progressed through various roles including Principal, Engagement Manager, and Consultant. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol. Prior to consulting, Jonathan served in the UK Ministry of Defence as a Project Engineer for the Saudi Armed Forces, focusing on avionic capabilities for the Royal Saudi Air Force. Additionally, Jonathan has a notable background as a Tornado GR4 Engineer Officer in the Royal Air Force, where responsibilities included management of aircraft maintenance and personnel oversight during operational deployments.
