Lucy Carter

Lucy Carter is a seasoned professional in the consulting and energy sectors with extensive experience in strategy and analysis. Currently a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting since April 2024, Lucy previously held the position of Partner at EY Port Jackson Partners from November 2021 to November 2023. Lucy's career includes leadership roles such as Head of Strategy at AGL Australia and Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group. Additionally, Lucy has a solid foundation in energy policy and analysis, having served as an Energy Fellow at Grattan Institute and a Gas Portfolio Analyst at EnergyAustralia. Lucy's education includes a Master’s in Applied Finance and a dual Bachelor's in Commerce and Engineering from the University of Melbourne, complemented by a Graduate Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
