Matthew Carson

Matthew Carson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business operations. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting, Matthew leads teams in delivering strategy and M&A projects for diverse clients, showcasing strong skills in model building, consumer research, and senior-level presentations. Previously, as Chief of Staff to the Global Leadership Team, Matthew supported growth initiatives through special projects and performance diagnostics. Matthew's background also includes internships with the Chicago Bears and Tampa Bay Rays in business operations and analytics, as well as a role as a Parliamentary Assistant in the UK House of Lords, where responsibilities included policy research and communication management. Matthew holds an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an MMath in Mathematics from Durham University.
