Stephen Matthews is the managing director of L.E.K. Consulting's Los Angeles office. Stephen has been with the firm since 2007, and previously served as a consultant.
Matthews began their career as a special advisor to Buckingham Palace from April to October 2011. Stephen then joined L.E.K. Consulting as a consultant in September 2007. Stephen was promoted to their current position in 2012.
Stephen Matthews has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School.
