Stephen Matthews

Stephen Matthews is the managing director of L.E.K. Consulting's Los Angeles office. Stephen has been with the firm since 2007, and previously served as a consultant.

Matthews began their career as a special advisor to Buckingham Palace from April to October 2011. Stephen then joined L.E.K. Consulting as a consultant in September 2007. Stephen was promoted to their current position in 2012.

Stephen Matthews has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School.

They work with Takayuki Kito - Partner, Tokyo, Ed Keller - CMO & Partner, Chicago, and TJ Bilodeau - MD, Boston. Stephen Matthews reports to Stuart Jackson, Global Managing Partner.
