Tim O’neil

Tim O’Neil is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s Chicago office and a member of the Building & Construction practice. He advises clients on growth strategy, pricing strategy and M&A projects related to building products and construction services.

Tim first joined L.E.K. as a Consultant in 2013, then left the firm from 2015-17 to join James Hardie Building Products before rejoining L.E.K. in 2018. Tim earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds a BA in finance from the University of Illinois.
