Tom McLeod

Tom McLeod is a Senior Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, having started in March 2023 after serving as an Associate and Summer Associate at the same firm from November 2021 to February 2022. Prior to this, Tom worked as an Economist at Aalto Pty Ltd from November 2020 to October 2021 and completed a Summer Associate role at Strategic Project Partners in January and February 2020. Earlier in his career, Tom gained experience as a Ski Instructor at Hokkaido Tourism Management from December 2015 to March 2017. Tom holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from The Australian National University, earned between 2021 and 2022, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2020.
