Love You, Love What You Do!

After all, doesn't everyone deserve to do just that?

L-evate are the Wellbeing and Training specialists that help individuals to develop themselves, their teams and their organisations.

Our personal development and wellbeing needs change during our lives and careers, but the need to Love yourself and Love what you do should always be your priority...it is ours!!

We can work with you to support your personal, team and business needs to ensure happiness, productivity and ultimately wellbeing.

Recent Wellbeing figures from the UK government show that in 2014/15 there were over 23 million working days lost to sickness absence* due to work related factors, approximately 10 million of which were the result of workplace stress, anxiety and depression! * Source: Labour Force Survey for 2014-15

It is also worth noting that work related stress accounts for 35% of work related ill health and 43% of days lost, in 2014/15.

Add to that the fact that for most organisations, people are 90% of an organisation’s expense and well exceed building costs and energy costs. Therefore a small improvement in employee productivity can yield significant value.

Finally, research estimates that the impact of the physical working environment on the personal productivity of occupants can be as much as 20%.

This is one of the principal reasons why many organisations are embracing Wellbeing at Work - and why those people are turning to L-evate to help them to change. Find out more here: http://www.l-evate.co.uk/courses/wellbeing-at-work/
