Daniel Flack

Daniel Flack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Strategy at L.L.Bean since November 2014, Daniel previously held roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Director of Paid Repair Service Growth Operations, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for out-of-warranty repair services. Daniel's background also includes experience as a Senior Leadership Program Associate and an internship in the Senior Leadership Program at Sears Holdings. Earlier in the career, Daniel served as a Tax Manager and CPA at Baker Newman & Noyes from 2003 to 2010. Daniel holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics and Math from Bowdoin College.
