Ella Martin

Ella Martin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in life and business coaching, innovation advisory, and program management. Currently serving as a Life and Business Coach at Ella Martin Coaching since January 2019 and as an Innovation Adviser and Head of Programmes at L Marks since February 2017, Ella has significant expertise in catalyzing innovative solutions. Prior experience includes working as Programme Manager at THNK - School of Creative Leadership, where responsibilities encompassed delivering executive leadership programs aimed at developing future leaders. As Programme and Business Manager for Orchestras for All, Ella managed player memberships and event logistics. Experience also includes serving as Parliamentary Secretary and Office Manager to George Freeman MP at the House of Commons, where Ella coordinated communications and logistics.
