Kate Wilson is a highly experienced Senior Instructor at the University of Central Florida since August 2012, specializing in hospitality education through lectures, laboratories, and research. In addition, Kate serves as an Academic Advisor and Team Leader at American Pavilion since 2014. Previously, from June 2006 to August 2013, Kate held the position of Chef/Instructor/Director at EDMC, where responsibilities included directing the Culinary Arts program. Educational credentials include a Master of Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, along with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from AIH. Kate's foundational education includes attendance at SWTSU and Cy-Fair High School.
