James Minard serves as the General Manager at Lab2Fab® since September 2024, overseeing daily operations in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Service, while also building cross-functional teams to innovate automated kitchen products. Prior to this, James held various leadership roles at Taylor Company from 2009 to 2024, including Vice President of Engineering & New Product Development and Chief Operations Officer, gaining extensive experience collaborating with leading quick-service restaurants. James also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Northern Illinois University from 1996 to 2009, instructing engineering students, and held engineering management positions at Ipsen Inc. and Carter-Hoffmann. With a strong foundation in engineering and manufacturing, James holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Manufacturing Technology from Northern Illinois University.
