Cara Winther

Cara Winther has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cara started their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Autoliv from 1992 to 1998, followed by a role as a Manufacturing Manager at Parker Hannifin Aerospace from 1998 to 2000. Cara then joined JBT Corporation, Jetway Systems as a Senior Project Manager from 2006 to 2011, where they managed large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $40 million. After that, they worked as a Marketing/New Customer Development Manager at 2 Black Rocks, LLC, a start-up company providing creative marketing opportunities to small businesses, from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Business Development professional at Kelly Engineering Resources, where they utilized their manufacturing and project management background to help companies find suitable candidates for engineering, professional, and technical roles. Most recently, they served as a Customer Support Manager at Leading2Lean LLC, a fast-growing software company, from 2015 until the present. Throughout their career, Cara has demonstrated expertise in customer support, business development, project management, and manufacturing.

Cara Winther received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Cara attended the university from 1981 to 1985.
