John Neale is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at L7 Informatics since July 2022, John previously held similar positions at Rollick, Coastal Holding Company, and Retail Solutions Inc., where significant achievements included successful capital raises, strategic repositioning for growth, and restructuring finance functions. As Co-Founder and Owner of Third Window Brewing Company, John blended entrepreneurial experience with financial oversight. Their earlier career at QAD Inc. and Highland Partners encompassed transformative finance leadership in Asia Pacific and strategic business expansion. John holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, along with multiple degrees in finance and economics.
