La Catorce - the company behind Cervecería Catorce, Guatemala's biggest and most well-known craft brewery - was founded in 2018 with a vision to build world-class hospitality and entertainment experiences in Guatemala.

Cervecería Catorce is where it all started. On a seven-acre coffee farm at the base of Volcán de Fuego, we built a solar-powered brewery using volcanic spring water and created a destination that draws tens of thousands of visitors a year. Our beers - Dale, Chelita Linda, Impunidad, Chela Guevara, and more - are 100% Guatemalan: named for something local, brewed with something local, made to be shared. That brewery is still the heart of everything we do.

Our seven venues (with an eighth opening in 2026) are located in some of the most special destinations in the country: a flagship brewery on a seven-acre coffee farm at the base of Volcán de Fuego, craft beer bars and live music venues in the historic center of Antigua Guatemala, a beach club on the shores of El Paredón, a full-service athletic and social club, and in Guatemala City a three-level industrial gastropub with a hidden mezcal bar between floors and a cosmopolitan rooftop with views across the capital.

But La Catorce is more than beverages or venues. We believe people need places where they can leave the urgent behind and focus on what truly matters: spending quality time with friends, family, and community. That is why we design experiences that bring together music, sports, food, and culture in spaces built to celebrate life.

Our ambition is bold: to elevate the standards of hospitality, entertainment, and culture in Guatemala. We are growing quickly and looking for people who want to grow with us. Whether in brewing, hospitality, events, operations, or administration, there are real opportunities to develop professionally and take on new responsibilities across our locations.
