The mission of Clef des Champs is to produce organic vegetables according to the rhythms of the seasons, in a sustainable and solidarity-based economy. Our raison d'être is to adapt to environmental changes and propose a resilient model (permaculture). The members of the cooperative pre-finance the harvests and participate in the work of the garden (principle of local contract farming). All members are responsible for the smooth running of the cooperative and take part in decision-making.
