La Croisette is an all-day breakfast and lunch restaurant on St. Pete Beach, Florida. American breakfast with a French touch, and a local institution since 1989.

In 2020, Mickael and Nathalie Roche took it over and rebuilt it from the ground up: new menu, new concept, the same warm corner of the beach. The result has been voted Best Breakfast in Tampa Bay three years in a row, with a 4.8-star rating across more than 6,000 Google reviews.

What sets La Croisette apart isn't reinvention, it's discipline. A documented operating system, a guest experience engineered for consistency, and a team that runs the restaurant whether the founders are on-site or not.

We are now opening the next chapter: a proven concept ready to scale across Florida and the Sunbelt with the right capital partners. The near-term focus is corporate-led expansion to new locations, with franchising as a longer-term opportunity once the multi-unit model is proven.

Interested in expansion, investment, or simply a great breakfast? We would love to hear from you.
