Introducing La Gallina (The Hen), a Mediterranean eatery and bar at MarketStreet. La Gallina will serve up a menu filled with fresh takes on favorite dishes from Spain to Greece (and beyond!) in a cozy setting.

The menu will be a mix of inventive small plates like burrata with peaches, whipped feta, and crispy oven-baked pizzas lovingly “hen-crafted” with a sourdough starter that’s over 100 years old. Craft cocktails and wines from the region are served with soul-warming dishes like charcoal-grilled whole chicken with crispy lemon potatoes.
