Tara Smith

Tara Smith, SHRM-SCP, is currently the VP of HR & Administration at LA Golf, where they also serve as the Administration/HR Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Administration Manager at Matrix Shafts from 2008 to 2018, and worked as an Office Manager at Airport Fabrication from 2002 to 2008. Tara earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, focusing on Elementary Education, from California State University-Fullerton, as well as a certification in Human Resources Management from the same institution. They also hold an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Fullerton College.
