Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas has extensive experience in health care strategy and population health, currently serving as a Board Member at La Isla Network since September 2020. Previously, Thomas held roles as Vice President of Strategy at Mathematica, Senior Director of Strategy for IQVIA Government Solutions, and Executive Director of Population Health and Wellbeing at MITRE. Additional positions include Senior Manager and Health Care Analyst at Battelle, Consultant at Genesis Health System, and Senior Associate at The Lewin Group. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Child and Family Studies, an MPA in Public Administration, a certificate in Health Services Management and Policy from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, as well as an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and a BS in Family Science from Syracuse University and Brigham Young University, respectively.
