With over 50 years of combined experience as both lenders and investors, and a strong roster of trusted lending partners nationwide, at La Jolla Capital Group we offer deep insight and can provide financial flexibility. We want to help you make the most of your real estate investments.

A boutique among brokerage firms, we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor our services to the specific needs of each client and investment opportunity. This hands-on approach means keeping up to date on the latest market trends and data, always making in-person site visits, fully evaluating due diligence materials – often before we’ve even talked to a single lender, all to get the best results for our clients. We consider our clients partners, and we do whatever it takes to make those partnerships succeed. Our near perfect close rate attests to this.

We begin each new loan request with a case-specific, step-by-step analysis that includes an in-depth examination of the subject property, operating and acquisition history, cash flow modeling, underwriting and an evaluation of current objectives. Translated, we sit down with our client and we look at the project from all angles to determine the best way to move forward. Then we do whatever it takes to make that happen.

And because we know that financing and credit needs are far from one-size fits all, we also offer private money lending options to assist with smooth, successful closings.
