Era Ray

Era Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and strategy across various sectors. As the Co-Founder of South Asian Ladies Unite to Empower (SALUTE) since August 2020, Era Ray has contributed to creating a supportive network for South Asian female leaders. Era Ray has held significant roles including Executive Director of Global Transformation Initiatives at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Executive Director of Global Brand Strategy at LA MER. Previous experience includes positions at McKinsey & Company, IBM, West Monroe Partners, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Era Ray holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Social and Decision Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University.
