Thiago Rempel has over a decade of experience in finance, controlling, and corporate governance within national and multinational mining companies, including executive roles at Votorantim Metais and Bemisa. They have led teams of up to 30 professionals, overseeing areas such as cost management, tax planning, and financial reporting, while implementing effective governance practices and driving organizational restructuring. Thiago has been deeply involved in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring strategic evaluations and optimizations in financial operations across various global regions. They hold a degree in Accounting from FESP and an MBA in Business Management and Competitive Strategy, along with several certifications in accounting and finance. Thiago currently serves as the Head of Finance at La Moda.
