Benoit Pierron is currently the Responsable du pôle Gouvernance et accompagnement aux processus de changement at i-TEAM, managing a team of Change Managers to optimize and secure change management processes. Previously, Benoit served as Directeur de projets at DOCAPOSTE, overseeing multiple project teams and ensuring project delivery for the Ministry of the Interior. Benoit's earlier roles included Directeur Développement BPO Documentaire at DOCAPOST DPS and various positions as an Analyste Programmeur. Benoit obtained a DUT in Informatique from IUT de Dijon and a Diplôme d’ingénieur in Systèmes d’information from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
