Caroline Sala has extensive experience in fraud prevention and training, currently serving as Responsable prévention et formation fraude and Directrice des projets at La Poste Groupe since December 2019. Prior to this role, Caroline held several positions at La Banque Postale from February 2007 to December 2019, including Responsable adjointe Cellule Lutte Anti Fraude, where management and structuring of anti-fraud measures were key responsibilities, and Chef de projet Formation Risque et Reglementation, focusing on training implementation and design. Earlier experience includes work as Inspecteur Bancaire, conducting investigations, risk assessments, data analysis, and report writing. Caroline holds a DESS in Contrôle de Gestion et Audit from Université Paris Nanterre and a Licence AES from IAE de Lyon III.
