Frank Salomon has extensive experience in regulatory and institutional relations, currently serving as Directeur de la réglementation et des relations institutionnelles at La Poste since November 2004. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Head of the economic department at FNPS from January 1995 to November 2004, and worked as a market research consultant for the World Association of Newspapers between February 1993 and September 1994. Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, graduating in 1988.
