Frédéric Hilt

Frédéric Hilt is an accomplished professional in business development, client experience, and strategy transformation, with a career spanning roles in both SMEs and large corporations. They served as Director of Marketing Development & Innovation at Le Groupe La Poste, where they launched over ten new BtoC and BtoB offerings, and later led the Client Marketing division, enhancing CRM effectiveness across a large team. Frédéric also held positions in marketing at Staples France and TEKSIAL, focusing on e-commerce transition and energy renovation financing.
