Julien Alix

Julien Alix is currently serving as the Secrétaire général de la direction finances et stratégie du Groupe at Le Groupe La Poste since 2021, providing direct support to the Deputy General Director of finance and strategy, particularly in the preparation of governance meetings and coordination of shareholder relations during ownership changes. Prior to this role, Julien held the position of Directeur de l'établissement Services-Courrier-Colis de Besançon from 2017 to 2020, managing a team of 400 across 10 sites and overseeing commercial development, HR functions, and budget control. Julien's earlier experience includes serving as Director Deputy at the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance and Secretary of State in charge of the budget from 2014 to 2017, and as Chef du bureau de la défense at the Direction du Budget in Bercy from 2009 to 2014. Julien holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Télécom Paris, a Master en économie industrielle from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and has additional education from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, with advanced studies at the Corps des Mines.
