Louay Jami

Louay Jami is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and training development. At COPERANTUR, from October 2022 to April 2023, Louay contributed to the recruitment process, collaborated on training module creation, participated in strategic case discussions, and engaged in social media communication. Previously, Louay worked at BH Bank from November 2017 to September 2022 as a training officer, responsible for annual training budgeting, needs assessment, preparation of educational reports, and managing trainees while also integrating a new HR system and e-learning platform. Currently, as a SIRH officer at La Poste Groupe since September 2023, Louay oversees the deployment of new HR tools and supports change management initiatives. Louay's educational background includes a Licence de commerce in Management from ESC Tunis and ongoing studies for a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from MBA ESG.
