Maxime KRUG

Maxime Krug is currently the Responsable d'exploitation et du service aux clients at La Poste Groupe, a position held since 2023. They previously served as Responsable d'Exploitation et du Service aux Clients at Le Groupe La Poste from 2019 to 2021, where they managed production across seven distribution units and oversaw a team of six unit leaders and 90 agents. Maxime has a strong background in operational excellence and project management, having also worked as a Chef de projet Amélioration Continue at Merck Group in 2014. They hold a Master in Project Management from Université de Strasbourg, completed in 2015, and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, which they are currently pursuing.
