Mickaël Croq

Mickaël CROQ is an experienced professional with a robust career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles within the IT and service sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Production Services at Le Groupe La Poste since January 2016, Mickaël manages and optimizes service production and supports the deployment of new internal service offers. Previous positions at Le Groupe La Poste included overseeing strategic project management and conducting feasibility studies. Prior to this, Mickaël held the role of Head of IT Support at La Banque Postale, where responsibilities included team management and service performance optimization. Experience also extends to JEK Informatique et Services as a Business Delivery Manager and a decade in the Armée de l'air focusing on IT support and system maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Global Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
