Paul Pichon

Paul Pichon has extensive experience in change management and project management within the industry. Currently serving as the Responsible for Change Management at Le Groupe La Poste since January 2016, Paul Pichon has played a key role in implementing client-centric solutions and managing operational changes driven by new technologies. Prior to this role, Paul Pichon worked as a Project Manager within the Business Development Direction at Réseau La Poste, focusing on the development of nationwide project initiatives. Paul Pichon began professional experience as a Junior Consultant at KXIOP, where analytical accounting and performance improvement for business units were key responsibilities. Academic credentials include an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School and participation in an International Summer Programme at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
