A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and the CIFFOP, Philippe Dorge has significant experience in the manufacturing industry, having spent 25 years at PSA. Most notably, he led the Peugeot plants in Sochaux and Aulnay, then in Trémery, Lorraine. Named HR Director in 2013, he crafted the “new labour agreement”, an innovative tool that fosters dialogue with unions, allowing them to help make strategic decisions for the company. He joined Le Groupe La Poste in 2015, assuming the roles of both Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Services-Mail-Parcels business unit.
