Pierre Decla

Pierre Decla has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Pierre is currently working as the Head of Group Financial Operations at La Poste Groupe, where they oversee M&A activities, financing & treasury, and financial communication & investor relations. Prior to this, they served as the CFO/BD at La Poste Immobilier, managing the finance, legal, and digital aspects of the general real estate operator. Pierre also worked at Barclays as the Head of Group Planning and at GE Capital in several roles, including CFO and Finance Manager. Pierre started their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young.

Pierre Decla has an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Pierre also has a Master's Degree in Management with a major in Finance and Accounting from EM Strasbourg Business School, earned from 1997 to 2000. In 1998-1999, they studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a third year BSc (Erasmus) in Finance and Economics. Additionally, from 2006 to 2015, Pierre attended GE Contronville for executive education and finance development programs. Pierre has further certifications in Independent Director and Lean Six Sigma, obtained in 2021 and 2006 respectively.
