Pierre Salcio

Pierre Salcio serves as the Directeur de la Communication RH Groupe at La Poste Groupe since September 2012, overseeing communication and change management for a workforce of 3,000 individuals in human resources. Previous roles include Responsable de la Marque Employeur et Relations Ecoles and Responsable du Développement Durable, focusing on employer branding, diversity, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining La Poste, Pierre held significant positions at Fairtrade Max Havelaar as Directeur des relations extérieures and at Orée as Délégué général, managing public relations, strategic partnerships, and organizational development. Pierre holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and advanced degrees in project design and management.
