Séverine Lauret

Séverine Lauret is a dedicated professional in Human Resources, currently managing and developing HR at Le Groupe La Poste since 2011, where they oversee a team of 70 individuals. With previous roles including Human Resources Director for the Côtes d’Armor department at La Poste and a strong background in recruitment and competency development, Séverine has cultivated extensive expertise in HR processes and management. They have also contributed to academia as a lecturer in HR at INSEEC and FORMASUP in Bordeaux since 2012. Séverine holds a professional coaching certification from Institut Serenity and advanced degrees in HR and social relations from Panthéon-Assas University and Ciffop.
