Thierry Monchal

Thierry Monchal has extensive experience in operations management and human resources within the postal sector. From March 2019 to September 2022, Thierry served as Responsable d'exploitation at Le Groupe La Poste, overseeing personnel management and back-office activities across multiple establishments and postal agencies. Prior roles include Responsable ressources humaines général at La Poste Française, where management of 102 employees was a key responsibility, and various leadership positions as Chef d’équipe at La Poste Courrier. Currently, Thierry holds the position of Responsable d’exploitation at La Poste Groupe since September 2022. Education includes a degree in Management from EI.CESI and a certificate in AI from Institut Montaigne, along with a DEUG in sciences and structures of matter from Université Joseph Fourier.
