Fabio Orecchini

Fabio Orecchini is an experienced journalist and academic, currently serving as a giornalista at La Repubblica since January 1998. As a professor of systems for energy and the environment and delegate of the rector for sustainability and Agenda 2030 at Università degli Studi "Guglielmo Marconi," Fabio has contributed significantly to sustainable mobility education. Fabio is also the founder and director of multiple programs, including the Osservatorio Auto e Mobilità at Luiss Business School and the Executive Master in Sustainable Mobility. In addition, Fabio is the founder of Obiettivo Zero Emissioni and serves as a senior advisor for sustainability and mobility at Eurogroup Consulting Italia. With a strong background in research and consulting, including past roles at Sapienza Università di Roma and Il Messaggero, Fabio holds a doctorate in energetics and a degree in mechanical engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
