LGBTQIA+ Therapy in Wilmington and Available Online Throughout NC & SC.

You’ve been hidden for so long. You learned early in life that it was safer for you to hide your true self from the world.

So that’s what you’ve done. You made yourself small, tried your best to blend in, and lived your life sequestered in a closet of your own design. Each passing day gets a little more suffocating, and you wish you had room to grow into who you’re meant to be. But the fear of your friends and family finding out the truth is simply too much to bear. This life is wearing on you.

It’s so lonely to feel like even those you’re closest to don’t know the real you. You want to share every part of your life but constantly feel the need to talk in vague terms and half-truths, lest you give too much away.

You overhear homophobic remarks or hushed whispers and feel ashamed that you don’t speak up. Living this double life is exhausting and isolating, but you can’t imagine any other way. It’s time to embrace your authentic self. I’m here to guide you on your journey of self-empowerment as you learn to love the true you.

I offer a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for you to be yourself and feel heard, seen, and validated. Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you and develop an actionable step-by-step plan to help you start living in alignment with these values.

Develop the coping skills to overcome the societal discrimination, rejection, and judgment you’ve faced for far too long. Take the next step now.

Imagine living confidently as your authentic self. Waking each morning feeling hopeful for the day ahead. You’re honest with your loved ones and feel more connected to them. And the future feels full of joyful possibilities. Step out of the closet for good. You don’t have to do this alone any longer. I’m here to support, guide, and encourage
