La Tierra is a small batch, craft Agave spirit made in South Africa. La Tierra meaning “the land” highlights the vast area of the Karoo desert in South Africa. Described by the Khoisan as “the land of thirst” there grows a magical succulent known as Agave. We’re inspired by the traditional Tequila production process and produce a uniquely South African Agave spirit.

La Tierra is a premium quality Agave spirit, that’s smooth, sweet and proudly South African. Made with 100% Karoo Agave. Inspired to be a spirit that brings all communities together, to sip and cheers to the blessings of life. LTAs local Agave range invites you to celebrate your journey on earth with us. 

La Tierra offers 100% Agave spirits in either Blanco or Reposado. Blanco, or Silver, is 100% Agave spirit in its purest form. Sometimes called the essence of Tequila by distillers in Mexico. Double distilled for a smooth experience, LTAs Blanco highlights the magical qualities of its only ingredient, the sweet Karoo Agave. Reposado meaning "rested" in Spanish, is LTAs golden aura. Aged for 3 months in recycled bourbon barrels to give the spirit a rich and unique experience when sipped. Both Agave spirits are offered in the choice of 750ml or for an on the go 40ml option.
