La Tierra is a retreat venue and growth space in Chiang Mai, designed for leaders, teams, and facilitators who seek meaningful experiences in nature.

At La Tierra, we believe that growth needs the right environment. Like trees that flourish in fertile soil, people and teams thrive when they have space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. That’s why we’ve created a place where everything grows — ideas, relationships, and purpose.

Set on 17 acres of lush gardens and nature, our venue features Lanna-style cottages, a 100 sqm Transformation Room, open-air pavilions, and expansive outdoor areas for gatherings, yoga, workshops, and team activities.

Every stay includes exclusive access to the property, delicious local meals, and opportunities to explore the beauty and culture of Chiang Mai — from elephant sanctuaries and white-water rafting to stargazing and campfires under the night sky.

We host leadership retreats, team offsites, and transformational gatherings that help people slow down, reconnect, and rediscover purpose. Whether you’re facilitating a corporate retreat, a leadership program, or a team development journey, La Tierra provides the space, support, and atmosphere to make it memorable and impactful.

Every experience here is guided by one simple idea: when people are grounded in nature, everything grows — ideas, relationships, and purpose.

That’s why La Tierra is the space where everything grows.
