Cody Mattern

Cody Mattern is a seasoned professional in sports management and technology applications, currently serving as the Manager for the Technology Applications Team at the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games since July 2021. Previous experience includes over a decade with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where contributions as an Athlete Advisory Council representative led to significant reforms in athlete representation and governance. Cody also held leadership positions in various committees, fostering compliance standards and athlete engagement. Additionally, Cody is a former fencing athlete and coach, having served as the Director of Epee Programs at Northwest Fencing Center, and was the first fencing athlete sponsored by Nike. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Project Management from DeVry University and completion of the Team USA Leadership Certification Program at Kellogg Executive Education.
