Dana is experienced in Business Partnering and leading HR initiatives and human capital management for feature film production employees, both domestic and international. Dana is also a trusted resource for guiding new filmmakers to build and achieve effective working environments by addressing union-related grievances and terminations, as well as compliance with child actors/minors and international child labor standards.
