Ivan Gutierrez

Ivan Gutierrez, Ph.D., is a results-driven federal executive with over 15 years of experience in public engagement, immigration policy, and stakeholder collaboration, having worked with the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Transportation. They currently serve as Head of Global Mobility for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Arizona Global Campus, where they foster critical thinking and equity-focused learning environments. Their past roles include Assistant Chief for Public & Stakeholder Management at DHS and various positions at USCIS, where they enhanced access to immigration services and led national outreach initiatives. Ivan holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership, complemented by multiple degrees in business administration and organizational leadership.
