Michael Nussa currently serves as a Sport Manager for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, beginning in July 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at USA Track & Field from August 2018 to June 2025, including General Manager of High Performance and Associate Director of High Performance Programs. Michael's coaching experience includes being the Associate Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach at Tulane University from August 2013 to August 2018, as well as a graduate assistant in Track & Field/Cross Country. Michael's career commenced with an internship at USA Track & Field in 2012 and a position as Crew Leader at Nolan's Lawn Care, Inc. Michael Nussa earned an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Tulane University and a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
